In these terms and conditions, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to RIDGZTOP™.
Your access and use of all information on this website including purchase of our PRODUCTS is provided subject to the following terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. Please read them carefully.

- Privacy
a. When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery your email address and telephone contact.
b. We undertake to take due care with this information so it remains private and confidential at all times.
c. We do not hold any Credit Card information on site – all Credit Card payments are processed through highly reputable and trusted payment providers.
d. Under no circumstances will your personal information be passed to a third party. However in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
e. By using this site you consent to the use of cookies. Cookies can be managed in your browser or device settings. - Delivery & Shipping
a.We will endeavour to dispatch goods 1 – 4 working days from time of order.
b. Delivery time will vary depending on location of purchaser. Note; delivery time frames will increase over holiday periods.
c. PRODUCTS sent to countries other than New Zealand, may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible for any delays caused by Customs in the recipient country or responsible for any import duties and taxes or additional charges imposed in the recipient country. PRODUCTS which are returned to us as a result of the Purchaser’s refusal to pay import duties and/or taxes are not eligible for a refund.
d. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure delivery address is full and correct; the Purchaser will be charged for re-delivery costs if this information is supplied incorrectly. - Ownership and Risk of Loss
a. All PRODUCTS supplied by us, shall remain our property until payment in full has been received. Our property may be removed by us at any time in the event of non-payment by the Purchaser.
b. Unless otherwise specified, we shall have the risk of loss until the PRODUCTS have been delivered to the Purchaser and we shall have the responsibility of insuring the products against transportation loss and any other loss or damage until the PRODUCTS, have been delivered to the Purchaser.
c. Inspection of all PRODUCTS purchased shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser on receipt of delivery of the PRODUCTS and any defect shall be immediately reported to us at inserts@rigztop.co.nz. Matters arising as a result of any delay in inspection shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser. - Warranty
We warrant the PRODUCTS to be free from any defects in workmanship, under normal use and service for (1) full year from date of purchase.
During the limited warranty period specified above, any defect in workmanship in any warranted item not excluded below shall be replaced at our option without any charge.
Exclusions and Limitations:
The warranties contained herein shall NOT APPLY TO:
a. Any defect which was caused (in our sole judgement) by other than normal use and service of the PRODUCTS or by any of the following; (i) accident (ii) misuse or negligence, resulting in damage (iii) lack of reasonable and proper maintenance (iv) improper installation (v) non-Seller approved alteration or modification (vi) natural calamities (vii) vandalism (viii) the elements.
b. We shall not be liable for any incompatibility of building materials used in conjunction with our PRODUCTS.
c. We are not liable for any defects in the material used in the manufacture of our PRODUCTS.
d. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the PRODUCTS.
e. We shall not be liable to any person under any circumstances for any incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to, loss of profits, out of service time) occurring for any reason at any time.
f. Wear items listed: Recommended affixing items such as clout nails, galvanised square drive screws and blind rivets.
g. We reserve the right to modify, alter and improve any PRODUCTS without incurring any obligation to replace any PRODUCTS previously sold, with such modification. - Return of Goods.
a. No refunds will be offered on PRODUCTS outside of the warranty conditions (as specified above).
b. If a PRODUCT falls within the warranty conditions contact us within 14 days of receiving the PRODUCT.
c. We will require the PRODUCT to be returned before dispatching a replacement, with the returned PRODUCT, packaged appropriately, with original invoice enclosed.
d. We will pay the postage costs for a replacement, but are not liable for the loss of items being returned, thus we recommend you return the PRODUCT using registered mail or courier.
